i got a exception when send mail The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first. s2sm7483493pfa.167 - gsmtp i given Host,Port No, credentials correctly, but exception will be like this. can anyone help me..

Probably you missed providing authentication from google app. Here are 2 simple steps to do that - 1. go to https://myaccount.google.com/u/1/lesssecureapps it may ask for credentials if you are not logged in to the google account. 2. Here you will find this and enable from the switch. Hope this helps.
