run .NET apps on a restricted server

Hello.  We are running into a problem at work where our applications are being moved onto a restricted server.  We cannot install the .NET framework on this server.  I have been trying to explore all my options for deploying our applications without the .NET framework on this server.  Thanks for any more advice.
