Run a query against a dataset using power automate

Question

I am trying to fetch the large data from power BI dataset via power automate.

where TOPN is 1000, Limit has been set so , it means when we get CSV file so in that 1000 data row will be available , right?

However in my case , in my dataset there is 60K rows data present and TOPN is set to 500000. Post successful ran only 20 K data getting in CSV file.

Kindly suggest what correction required here. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your kind response! I have checked, In power automate, with single query we can fetch only 1000 row data. And if you are using query against dataset the it will extend till 100000. So I have changed from 500000 to 100000 in TOPN function still same . There exactly count we are getting everytime. It's not increasing or decreasing
