Right click in a particular region of a window

Hai all.....

I have drawn a rectangle in my window appln output.The issue is when i right click the rectangle  an select a option(i.e expand) it should perform expand as wriiten by me....But when i right click in other area other than the rectangle right click expand should not work...

Hope i made myself clear how am i go about it....
