Hello alisha kumar , What I would personally suggest is to choose the technology or platform that most interest you and what makes you happy and passionate. The technologies you mentioned (.NET, Android) have its place in the market. If you want to learn web development then go for it. But remember, don't let your current state decides about which job to take instead let your passion decides what job to take. The moral is, even if being a .NET developer earns more than an Android developer- that doesn't take you anywhere if you are not happy and passionate about it.
