Reports gets printed in middle of page by default

I have designed receipt in crystal report in my c# program. which is 4" in size when i fire it to printer it prints exactly in middle of the page..
 
i checked and findout its not the issue of crystal report or windows. Infact  I am missing something. Please help me to figure out
