Repeating sections data not visible after sending a mail

My powerapps form i have 3 repeating sections. when i select a gallery the repeating section data visible but send a mail to form the data not visible. Could you please give me examples of repeating section data.

My powerapp form sending to reviewer. in this form 3 fields have repeated sections when i submit form it sends to reviewer. he is not able to show repetings section data. my data source is SharePoint.
