Is giving notice period of 2 month is compulsory after already completing 4 months more than my contract bond? And if yes then, Am i eligible to get Regional festival /Annual/ Monthly leave that other employees are getting right now as my Orgnaization's leave policy?
i already completed my 1.10 month notice period and they are saying that i can't get any leave this month i didn't taken so much leave in my 1.5 year working period(hardly 15 days) and i worked all saturday and even some time sunday and late night but still they are behaving like this. i want to know that they are doing it legaly or i can also take 2 days monthly and festive leave(3 days in november ) as per our leave policy ?
