Regarding azure time zone issue

Hi all,

I'm facing one issue with time zone, when I run the code in my local I'm getting created date as my local date with time but when I host the code to azure I'm getting utc time if I create new record but it should not. It suppose to identify the system time zone and then it has to save the system time.
