Reading excel file

Hi All,

I have an excel file which is saved in system. Now I have open it. It shows values in cell address. 
A cell address contains a formula and return a numeric value. This value is changed on some time interval.

Now my question is, can i read this value from cell address in windows application (.net windows application). Remember that excel file not saved periodically.
