Hello,
 
On a newly installed Windows server 2016 with Visual studio 2019 I get the following error:
 
Project (name) could not be opened because the Visual C# 2019 compiler could not be created. Unspecified error (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004005 (E_FAIL)).
 
Does anyone know what this error is about and how it can be fixed?
