Problems with image viewing

i've got a code which stored image in a database. I've had it in a thumbnail view when i clicked into the image it display into a picture box in a large size but it gets pixelized i don't know what is the problem..was it to the camera or should i used other image view?any help will deeply appreciated..thanks.
