Problem with windows form control library

Question

Hello sir,
I am new to c# windows form control library, i want to create a custom button which have to text properties just like (English and Arabic) and when a combo box on the form is switch to a language the text of all the buttons on the form should also be changed.
please help me as soon as possible.
