Problem with installing the windows application on another computer

Hello,

I made a setup file, and now I want to install it on another computer. There isn't installed Visual Studio.net on it, and when I tried to install it I got the message that the assembly CrystalDecisions.Data.AdoDotNetInterop Version 10.5.3700.0 must be installed in the Global Assembly Cache first.

Can anybody help me how to do this please?
Where can I find the GAC and do I need to install Windows Installer first, or give me please some other instructions?
