Problem when using Web Parts

Question

Hello friends,

I am new in Web parts.

when I user web parts it show me an error:

"Failed to generate a user instance of SQL Server due to a failure in starting the process for the user instance. The connection will be closed. "

for solution i got answers to resume SqlExpree located on that path :

C:\Documents and Settings\<User>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server Data\SQLEXPRESS

can any one tell me if I remove this file then it never show any problm when Im using SqlExpree. and no any others changes I required.

Hi Niradhip. I think this problem is because of SQL Server, Just go to the Services and Checked SQL Server Services,go to the Properties, Logon tab then make it as a Local System Account, restart the Services and Delete the Temp file from That path you guyz have mention above. Reboot the System, just try this, i hope it should work. Regards Arshad.

As far as the "Failed to generate a user instances..." error, check out the error log for the user instance, it will likely give you more information about what is happening. You will fine the error log at C:\Documents and Settings\ \Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server Data\SQLEXPRESS The error came up on ASP.net Web Site Administration Tool on Security tab. or if you have a web.confif then do this. In Web.config I changed AspNetSqlProvider's connectionString from Data Source=.\SQLEXPRESS to MyServer\SQLEXPRESS and also copied all .mdf and .ldf files from C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Template Data to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.2\MSSQL\Template Data

hi I am not using any database.. I am just add a button control in ZoneTemplate to show its, but its not working. code as follows: div > asp : WebPartManager ID ="wm" runat ="server"> asp : WebPartManager > asp : WebPartZone ID ="zn" runat ="server"> ZoneTemplate > asp : Button ID ="btn" runat ="server" Text ="Test" /> ZoneTemplate > asp : WebPartZone > div > even it show me a button but cannt I have use but not working. .and it shows help me ? thanks

Try this, It will solve the problem: My original web.config with error: connectionStrings > add name = " MySqlConnection " connectionString = " Server=.\SQLEXPRESS;Integrated Security=false;Database=dbname;UID=username;Password=pwd; " /> connectionStrings > Revised web.config without error: connectionStrings > clear /> add name = " MySqlConnection " connectionString = " Server=.\SQLEXPRESS;Integrated Security=false;Database=dbname;UID=username;Password=pwd; " /> connectionStrings > Note the added "clear" statement.
