Problem in drop down list binding.

Hi All, I am ASP.NET developer and build application in .net4.5 version. Issue is in page have three dropdown two dropdown bind but one drop down not bind. If I recycle application pool then its works. But after some time same issue remains. Since this application was working from 4 year, now suddenly from couple of days back we are facing above mentioned issue.
