Problem displaying image

Question

I have a image control in my C# ASP website... during development, i set the imageurl point to the image location, i can see the image view at my design stage, when i compile and run, it failed to show... can anyone help??

No. Why the image folder is inside app_code. Bring it outside. It should be in the same level of your main page folder. Say your page is called image.aspx and it is inside contents folder.Contents folder and image folder should be in same level. Now you can give the path as "../image/my image.gif"

yes, i have create the image and able to link it.. it show imageurl = "~/App_Data/image/my logo.gif" but with this, i'm unable to view my logo. is it because of the full path still contains of space?

create a folder as image inside your project folder.Paste the image there and try to link it in image contro. check the example in following link. http://www.w3schools.com/ASPNET/control_image.asp

i know why it can't be show d... my path is not directly from c:\ ... that is c:\my document\project\ project 1\my logo.gif ... with setting this path, the logo will not show where i paste it directly at c drive and change the name to logo.gif... c:\logo.gif, the image is show... how can i resolve the space in between??

The path is correct... What is the step for using the image control? i drag the control to my design view, then add the path in the ImageUrl... another things i'm curious is, when i select the ImageUrl, i can't see the image there for the choice, instead i need to type the path manually...

Give the proper path for image. If it is in"C:/image/logo.jpg". Then try to give the full path.Your image path is wrong i guess.

your html is different from mine.... my format is asp:Image ID="ImageLogo" runat="server" ImageUrl="~/logo.gif" AlternateText="logo" i'm curious, when i mouse over the ImageUrl, it show file not found!! is it i miss out some setting?

Are you giving the image path in html or in codebehind? If it is form html code follow the following path tr valign ="top"> td valign ="top"> img src ="images/body_07.gif" width ="646" height ="8" alt =""> td > tr > Give the proper source,width,height for image
