Printing contents of a panel including many user controls?

Hi every body,

   How do i print panel contents of a form that includes many user controls (also some user controls contains others etc.) 
   I tried to capture panel view but since my panel size as a4 paper. it captures windowstask bar also.
  I thougt to place every control onto graphics object but is it logical??

  I will appreciate if you help me to find the true way friends  ?
