Plotting GPS Data onto Google Maps

We are a high school team looking for help on how to connect a GPS ceramic antenna transmitter to send serial data to our VEX Micro Controller, using Bluetooth capabilities, and writing a program using EasyC V4 programming to get the values we need and plot them onto Google Maps. 
 
Please advise.
