Play video (.mp4) in any browser in asp.net using c#

Hi, everyone
 
I have video link or value in my db column like 
 
<video width="400" controls=“”><source src="123.mp4" type="video/mp4”></video>
 
When I run my web page then just audio playing video not showing in the borwser. Please help me in this problem. I shall be very thankful to you for this kindness.
