Place EXE file in Separate folder while Building the project

Hi all in my project iam using xml files and some dll's and when I build the Project all these xml files dll's and exe are going to bin/debug folder but I want to place the EXE file in separate folder so that when I click this EXE it should work fine can anyone plz help me its Urgent
