Pass Date from Gridview to textbox

Question

I want to pass date from gridview to textbox by selection row from gridview. Intime and Out Time are not coming other field data is coming from gridview

i do not want this,my issue is that i have two web pages ,on one web page i have gridview and on gridview i have given selection on each row for passing data on another web page form ,so i have date format data in gridview which is not passing on Web page form as you can see below image in which INTIME and OUTTime date are not coming from gridview.which i highlted by red color,other data are coming.
