Why Oracle Certification is too Important to becoming an Oracle Administrator If Someone having more than 6 years of experience then can he get a good opportunity in the marketing industry? If yes then list out the companies who are hiring with this approach and How?

Since your having 6 Years of experience, definitely you will get good opportunity, If they ask Oracle Certification is mandatory then skip that interview so many companies are there. I suggest you instead of warring about companies names focus on upgrading your skills. First thing your resume should impress about your skills, projects, Awards/Achievements and Certificates you gained and add if your supporting any technical communities. Doing oracle or any other certificate is good thing actualy it indicates your interest on technology and skill is upto date to the other person / company who is looking for condidates because it adds weightage. Now days many techies doing many certifications different different technologies.

There is no strict rule that you have to be Oracle certified to work as an Oracle Administrator but if you have already worked on such job for 6+ years then there is no harm in appearing for certification. It will add more value to your resume. Basically rather than saying I worked as an Administrator for 6+ years has lesser impact then pasting your certification Logo on resume. There are some organizations who are very particular about this certification because of their client's need. It gave more confidence to them if they are presenting your profiel to some client.
