Not Responding When Updating Model edmx in MVC

Hello .... after change in all table of database i am updating edmx but it show not responding ... i change all primary key int to bigint ... what is should do

Seems to be a memory related issue did you alter so many tables, what is the number of table you altered? can you revert to original version and try with a set of tables, like 10 first then next 10 and like that? Are you running short on memory on your development machine? Try to close other applications except VS and then see. as a last resort, try following: alter database YOUR_DB_NAME > set compatibility_level = 110
