Hi Currently both GPT 3.5 and 4 are available for use. The cost of GPT 4 is higher than that of 3.5 but its accuracy is also significantly better. The performance of both models depends on the amount of data being used as there is processing time taking place behind the scenes. If your task involves code generation it is recommended to use GPT 4. However for other requirements GPT 3.5 should be sufficient.
