Hi, I'm merely new to development an coding.

I'm interesting in mobile apps and some front end.

I've heard the integration of Xamarin and Visual Studio to produce cross-plataform apps.

I need suggestions Where to start?

What tools do I need?

Documentation for a starter programmer.

Xamarin is the good one for mobile development. As you said there is a nice integration with Visual Studio and they have their own IDE called Xamarin studio. You can develop Windows / android / IOS app using C#. So no need to learn all the languages. Another good thing is Microsoft going to acquire Xamarin so the support will be great in future.
