.net light box

Question

Hi i am atal, i crate a light box and there are some textbox in lightbox and now i want to insert value in sql from lightbox's textbox and i put a insert button in lightbox and when i insert a value in that textbox and click the insert button ,can not get the textbox's value plez help me..!!
