mvc web forms data flow to database

my client is facing one problem .let me explain please help me its urgent

 

there are two server one is sql server 2014 database server and other one is application server on which normal registration application is hosted . application is made in mvc using entity framework.some times what happens when request is send from application server to database server on click of button  suddenly network goes down.now client says half data is gone in table half not .is this possible as per me once button is clicked full form data is posted on database server not half data  am i correct or not please let me know
