MVC project error in AWS (Amazon Web Service)

I am new to Amazon Web Service.  I have created a MVC project locally and it works fine using my computer.  It is erroring out when I deployed to the Amazon Web Service.  The Static pages are working fine but the page using the Controller and Razor is not working.    I am trying to find out what is causing this issue.
