multiclient access to wcf service

Hi,
We are developing silverlight application which consumes data from oracle database via silverlight enabled wcf service .If we access application ,data retrieved without any problem.But if we access application from other system at the same time,wcf service returns error "403 access forbidden","servicemodel.communication exception".
Is there any solution to solve this problem.
please help me anybody
