MS-CHAP-v2 Authentication with Radius Server C#

Connect Radius Server using PAP Working fine.

But If authentication Type is Ms-chap-v2, Chap Not able to get challenge , Always get access-Reject.

I refer the rfs2865 doc for same but not get proper encryption method which help me to get challenge.
