If you're asking how to make an MS Word 'work alike' with C#, then I'd forget it :) Microsoft have put hundreds of man-years into developing Word (using C++) and there's no way an individual developer could do all that himself. A far less ambitious project would be to try and build something like Notepad or Wordpad - but there's not a lot of point as it's been done many times before.

If you want everything what MS Word has, I agree with Vulpes, FORGET IT. That requires a large team with years of work. One of the Windows Accessories is Wordpad. It is a very simple word processor. It is also a sample program for C++ programmers. I don't know if it has been converted to C#. If you really must do something such as that, then Wordpad might help.
