Microsoft Dynamics Or .Net Developer

Hello Everyone, As a fresher, I have got 2 offers 1) Microsoft Dynamics/Zoho CRM Developer. 12k salary, 1 year bond. 2) .Net Developer (Webform, MVC) 10k salary, no bond. I am confused. Which one should I chose?
