What is the prime differnce between deploying .NET Core app on Azure App service and Azure kubernetes Platform? What is the key differences/Advantages of choosing any one over Others in terms of cost and scalablity. I have microservice based .NET Core(3.1) blazor web assembly app that needs to deployed on Azure cloud

Azure App services is a PAAS soltuion for web apps, mobile backends etc. with features like secuiry, scalability etc. On the other hand for building and running truly enterprise micro-services we have solutions like Azure Kubernetes services (AKS) and Service Fabric in Azure.
