.mht file to be sent as Email, Or a word doc to be sent as inline attachment

I have  aword doc and i need to send it as an inline attachment.

I tried doing as the inline attachment but unable to achieve it. I am able to have an image as inline attachment but fail with a word doc
 
I also tried to save the doc as .mht file . Is there a way i can send .mht file through mail?Body of the mail?
My word doc contains images and lots of formatting
 
I tried to open word doc and then copy data to clipboard and then get the data from clipboard in html format but i get some junk data too... Like it doesnt recognize tab and adds some A^ instead of tabs and all taht.
