LEADTOOLS Multimedia SDK is one of the good media streaming libraries that provides the ability to stream or re-stream media data from files or memory using different types of protocols, such as UDP, RTP, TCP, RTSP and others. I used LEADTOOLS .NET classes with .NET WinForms and WPF applications, but I did not try it before with .NET core, so I am not sure if it is going to work as expected with .NET core.
