Looking for an affordable host just to play with what I am learning.

Hey all,

Can you guys tell me who you are using for your hosting?  I have been learning ASP and am ready to try the uploading part but didnt realize how expensive it could be.

I need 2.0 and SQL express and have found one good host it appears (Quantasoft) -- but want to keep looking. 

Can I get your thoughts?
