No egos
All Development is onshore
Company is small and run like a software development house but with the resources of its fortune 50 Parent (acquired in 2011 by a fortune 50 and all the dust has settled from a predictable reorg at the top)
All technical decisions are still made by the development team in the suburban Philadelphia location 
My long term contact of 14 years is the Chief Software Architect
Business is set to grow fivefold by 2016

Overall:
Seeking an experienced software developers to take ownership and handle the full software development life cycle executing a variety of projects including standard configurations as well as customizations of existing, commercialized (revenue generating) software development products in a regulated environment.
Team is very professional, highly credentialed and stable with high tenure.

Software Description:
Data Driven suite of commercialized applications is mature and stable.
Participate in an effort to extend the functionality and customize a commercial, Client Facing application that is already on ASP.NET 4.5 (other apps in the environment are in everything from 2.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5)
Utilize a modified waterfall methodology with Customer driven deadlines.
Proprietary framework developed in house uses the syntax of the razor view engine (from Microsoft's MVC) and a lot of jQuery, JavsScript, on SQL 2008 (moving to 2012)

Reason for openings: Growth. Client is executing a plan to grow by fivefold by 2016.

Required Skills:
Technical
Level: 5 plus years experience as an Object Oriented developer with MicrosoftStudio.Net. Languages.
-Will consider more Junior Level Candidates if they worked in a hard hitting environment (either
software development company or developing heavy duty data driven apps)

.NET experience -> Required
Must have recent relevant commercial experience developing .NET applications

MVS experience -> Required

jQuery experience -> Required (may flex)

SQL Development -> Required Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server

Experience Type:
Progressive experience in designing, developing and supporting medium to large scale software applications and working on multiple projects simultaneously

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Strongly Preferred (not required)

Consulting Engagement Length:
12 months with a high likelihood for extension.
My consultants that started in May already been extended and additional 6 months.   
Possible chance for conversion to an Employee at some stage but there are no promises for Conversion to an employee.
Note, I placed someone with this Client over 3 years ago as a consultant and he is still there and very happy.
