Login using system credentials

Hi,

        I want to create a window-form application, which have a login form by using it anyone can login into my application.
        But username & password will be system username & password eg: my system login info : username-selvam & password-admin123.
        If I type username-selvam and password-admin123 in my application, how my application will authenticate this with my system credentials.

        How can I implement this? Is this possible?
