Localization using database approach

I Have the dynamic entries in the database, then how to localization using database approch. I want also one solution how to store and fetch the data for multiple language. Without resource file. thanks.

but if we enter some data in english and some data in marathi...then how to we fetch on the language selection..i will not get overall data.
