Latest GAC not refered in .net 4.0 ..?

Hi

I installed dll to GAC in 4.0 and reference to asp.net application, then i  change some functionality in Dll and again install in GAC folder but .net application not refer the latest Dll  still it refer the old Dll , how to get new dll in GAC with out reset IIS,
