Invalid buffer size for BCP column property

Hi all,

I am trying to insert the data with the help of BCP into the sql server 2008, but I am getting the following error.

SQLState = HY000, NativeError = 0
Error = [Microsoft][SQL Native Client]Invalid buffer size for BCP column property

The application is an window app.
