Integration of Java Vs C# application

Hi, my task is how to integrate my java application in C#.Actually i have a java application which contains server and client communicate via SerialPort.Now i have a C# Bluetooth code,my task is instead of using java Serial communication shall i use C# Bluetooth as communication media?Means i have to port my entair java application just chaning communication media as Bluetooth.Please give me some good start pointers. thanking you inadvance, Anchipaka.
