Insert Records from an ms access table to other(2nd) existing ms access table using .net

I need to insert records from source MS Access database table to another MS Access database table (Destination database).both tables are from different ms access database files and contains same fields.

i'm writing the code using vb.net 2003 windows application with MS Access 2003 database.

I don't know how to connect two tables using connection string.so waiting for ur valuable information on how to achieve this task.
