Incompatible version error in Performance analyzer

I was running my WPF application using VS analyzer. Please note, I am profiling only selected projects, instead of entire solution. 2-3 times, I was able to generate report successfully but after that, I am getting Incompatible version error. How can I get rid of this error ?
