Importing LABVIEW DLL into C# visual studio 2013

Hi..

i am new to C#.. i want my labview dll file to be imported to C# visual studio 2013.. can anyone say me the steps to do so... in online i could find only the DLL created in C# and used in C#.,. but i want the 3RD party DLL file to be imported in C#... kindly provide all steps...
