import excel sheet into database -different formats in sheet

is there any possibilities in .net(except mvc ) regarding import excel sheet into database with different formats in excel same sheet (means diffrent table formats in same sheet)

Is there any code in .net for excel cell wise data insertion into database in visual studio.

please find below sample formats in single excel sheet.

Help me with excel sheet insertion in same table or different tables.
