image into table and show image as pdf in a page

Could you please do one mvc4 web application to get the below functionality. - Should insert image into a table. - Should have option to show the image in page as PDF type.

the table is a database table or html.which format you want to store binary/file path. If print a div that contain the image file will ask to save in pdf for javascript
