Have you applied for the merchant account with them? If not, contact them and open an account. After opening the account, they will provide you Username / Password. You can download the Integration kit from their website after logging in. Note : Pre-requisites 1] .net Framework 1.1 or greater installed on the server. 2] You have to have the permission to register 2 dlls on your server. (Most of the shared hosting providers don't allow this). (This was around 1.5 years ago when I integrated their gateway for one of my clients. That time they didn't have the Webservice for their Payment gateway like PayPal). Below is the list of required documents to open the account. Registration - Shop & Establishment Certificate OR - MOA / AOA OR - Sales Tax / Service Tax Registration Certificate Address - Latest Electricty Bill OR - Latest fixed line Telephone Bill Financial - Audited Balance Sheet for Last FY OR - Last 6 ( six) months Bank statement Generic - Board Resolution - Company Profile - Name of the Directors - Website URL - ICICI Bank Current A/c No. ( if opened)

You r trying to access a webservice of icci in your application.. To do this u have to add the appropriate web reference to ur application.. Even i faced the same scenario, in which i want to connect to paypal site to transfer money.. There will be a sandbox kind of application, which allows u to test ur app with the webservice.. Try to accomplish that first and go for real time development.
