It's my pleasure, In my opinion , if you want to use C# windows form I think you can use C# board which is graphically fine for this kind of activity, and you can add the symbols or icons that you like.

Hi friend, I suggest first of all please work with menu and download the picture of a form you have attached and use them while creating buttons and labels or even menu elements background pictures. I think the parts I explained are the main and somehow difficult part you mentioned, aren't they?

Hi You want to create from using winform or WPF? You can get reach UI if you use WPF. There are different controls used in image which you have provided. 1. TextBox 2. Label 3. Combobox 4. Check box 5. Context menu. 6. Expander control. All controls you can design except Exapnder control is not there in winform with behavior like in image. But in WPF it is there.
